I’m so glad you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed doing it! I can’t wait to start the new term!
Freja was very happy & proud after yesterday’s performance. You are brilliant!
You’ve certainly worked hard to produce such a range of talents. It all augurs well for your future success and, cliche though it might be, from here on in the only way for all your talented team is onwards and upwards!
I just wanted to thank you and Marcus for the lovely experience that Giorgia had this term with APA. She enjoyed every moment of it and can’t wait to start again in September! We really enjoyed the show tonight and thought it was a very slick production.
…thank you for Saturday. Theo absolutely loved it and can’t wait for next weekend to come back again…we’re thrilled that he enjoyed it so much, as we really hope that it will help with his confidence.
Last night was wonderful. Those kids are all amazing and you and the team bring it out of them in spades.
A massive thank you to you both and all the team – Jay has enjoyed this year more than any other – he is raging he has to wait until September to go back! 🙂
Wow – thank you so much for Saturday. Marcus, you got such a lot out of the children in both groups. The standard was very high. Well done again.A brief note to congratulate you, Marcus and all the team on a very successful showcase yesterday evening at the North Wall. It was splendid to see how you achieved a real company feel in all three ensembles (the teenies were delightful) without any hint of the dreaded stage-school-brat production line. It was heartening to see everyone giving of their best, with the more diffident ones being supported and encouraged so warmly by those whose stage presence and skills were spot on.
I just wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed the show. I thought it was wonderful and all the children did a fantastic job. Very many thanks to you and Marcus and all the team.
Saturday 15th July: The Snow Queen / The Musicians
Sunday 16th July: The Beauty Manifesto / Bassett
How we managed to keep our sanity filming eight shorts in two days with 44 cast members is beyond us, but we did it! Thank you so much to all of our talented young actors and patient film crew (Steele & Coe Films), and of course to Marcus who stoically directed everyone magnificently. Also thanks to our parents for putting up with our changing schedules and, of course, our teachers who kept going throughout!
Have a lovely Easter everyone and we’ll see you at the showcase and film screening on the 29th April (tickets will go on sale shortly)…
Marcus will be performing in a rehearsed reading of Educating Rita by Willy Russell, a two-handed play, on Wednesday 8th March 6.30pm at the Ruskin College on Dunstan Road. Tickets are free!
If you wish to attend you must contact the College on – firstname.lastname@example.org and request tickets.
